Franky Hoyos is a young Colombian producer making a name at Finca El Encanto, a three-generation family farm in Pitalito, Huila. Precise and quality-obsessed, he works with modern fermentation techniques and rare varieties — including Bourbon Ají — to push flavour development and coax distinctive, candy-sweet cups from the farm. He is part of the new generation reshaping what Colombian specialty coffee can be.
