Located in Banko Gutity in Ethiopia's Gedeb district, Gargari Gutity sits within the renowned Yirgacheffe growing region at around 1,983 metres. The station works with some 3,200 smallholder farmers from surrounding communities including Halo Berity and Chelchele, who cultivate varieties 74110, 74112 and 74165 on small plots. This Grade 1 lot undergoes a Supernatural process — an experimental approach that extends fermentation and drying while holding control. Cherries dry slowly in thicker layers with restricted sunlight and airflow, building expressive fruit while the team sorts constantly to protect clarity.
