Slow Coffee RoastersRemember Grape Escape? Yep, it was this coffee. This time though it's back with lots of passion. Tangy passionfruit up front, then juicy red berries, the orange-chocolate sweetness of a Jaffa and a cacao nib finish. It comes from smallholder farmers around El Indio in Planadas, Tolima. They nailed the natural process despite a wet harvest. The cherries dried slowly on raised beds and got checked four times a day. We roasted this flavour BOMB for filter but we are currently drinking it whichever way thew wind blows. us. It's exceptional in all ways.If you pull it as espresso, try going super coarse, 19g in and 40g out in 9-12 seconds (turbo shot). It will not look like a normal espresso shot but it will taste delicious.
