Peach Petal is a rare one — a natural Red Gesha from Felipe Arcila's Jardines del Encanto. Soft ripe peach opens the cup, poached pear follows, and bergamot brings a lifted citrus elegance. Gentle florals linger on the finish.Red Gesha is recognised for elegant florals, refined acidity and complex fruit. After harvest, whole cherries pass through a short aerobic fermentation and a controlled anaerobic rest below 22°C, before drying slowly on raised beds.We've roasted it for filter, and offer it in 100g pouches alongside the standard sizes. Silky, expressive, remarkably clear.
