Stewed apple and candied orange first, smooth caramel as it cools, and a soft cinnamon warmth on the finish — like an apple dessert fresh from the oven.Grown by Milton Torres at Los Cajones in Cajamarca, this classic washed Caturra matures slowly in the elevated conditions of the Peruvian Andes. Careful pulping, controlled fermentation and slow drying keep the cup clean and comforting.We've roasted it for filter — warm, familiar and effortlessly drinkable.
